HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL
Following an in-depth review of all existing health and safety processes, we have developed and implemented a health and safety protocol that must be respected by all clients and staff members. This protocol was completed and implemented on June 17, the date of our reopening.
We have reinforced our room cleaning procedures with special attention to all surfaces frequently touched by guests and staff, including regular disinfection of door handles and any other steel/metal or plastic objects or surfaces. Wherever possible, rooms are allocated so that each room remains unoccupied for at least 48 hours.
Particular attention is paid to the cleaning of common areas (halls, corridors, lifts, express departure boxes, etc.) and frequently touched objects (handles, lift buttons, ramps, switches, doorknobs, etc.). Frequently touched surfaces at the reception desk such as the payment terminal and counter are disinfected between each customer.
Non-contact disinfectant gel dispensers have been installed at the entrance to the building and at strategic locations in the hotel. At the reception desk, floor markings mark a "security zone", indicating the safe distance that guests must maintain in the queue. Plexiglass protective screens have been installed at the counters to protect staff and guests.
We also have floor markings that indicate the entrance and exit of the hotel as well as the direction of travel within the building. Finally, we ask our guests and employees to use the elevator alone.
For breakfast, we respect social distancing, all tables have been arranged to allow 1.5 m between each guest.
Furthermore, breakfast must be ordered at the latest the day before as we no longer serve it as a buffet. It will be brought to you on a tray in the breakfast room.
To protect our guests and employees, all team members wear masks, outside the reception area, while on duty.
